Kimono was really nice. Staff was a bit frantic to help a lot of people, the space is kinda small so it gets crowded easily. Staff can be friendlier

Wonderful experience, excellent selection and fair prices as well, we did a one day rental and were very happy! Came in early at 9:15am and left around 4:30pm. However this location lacks fancier kimonos and won’t let you try them on. Also more crowded / filled with loud tourists at times.
