デザインもヘアアレンジも良かった！

めちゃくちゃ酷い
何でもかんでも追加支払いって感じ。これだけでも値段がはっきりしてない時点で好きじゃない。そういうシステムやめた方がいいと思います。騙された感じたし優しくない。
例えば、首元の方レースで可愛く見せるようにそういうオプションにしたら2千円、帯でもスタンダ(可愛くないのばっかり)のにしたら無料だけど、また帯についてる一つだけの飾りのもまた追加支払い、その後は帯の裏側も色にしたら追加支払い、髪セットもスタンドにしたら無料だけど(マジに可愛くないのだけ)もうちょっと可愛いのにしたらまた追加支払い。スタンドにしたらまじに適当に髪セットされてゼーンゼーン可愛くない。
つまり、酷いお店です。
わざとにスタンドのものはマジに酷いのばっかで、もちろんみんなは観光客だからせっかくだからっていう感覚で追加しちゃうからって心理的。浅草にあるから潰れないだけだと思います。

Great service, nice range of kimonos, hair styles. I enjoyed the opportunity to rent lovely kimono and have a stroll along the Asakusa in Tokyo and made lovely pictures around Sensoji Temple. Great experience. Highly recommend it.

友達が店員さんに相談しながら溢れかえるようなお客さんの量でお忙しい中慎重に選ばせていただいておりました。
気さくでにこやかな対応だったのでリラックスして着付けしてもらえました！

The staff is polite and hardworking, but because the store accepts so many people, the staff cannot handle everyone. Even though we had reservation, it took us almost 1 hour and a half to get ready, but not because the process is complicated, but because we waited our turn all this time. So a lot of our time was wasted.

The girls don't help you chose your kimono and obi. They do not have the time. They leave you alone to chose whatever. It would be helpful to advise you, because not everyone knows how to match a kimono and an obi.

Also, because for every step there is a different girl to handle you, I think they do not communicate well want the client wants.
For example, I didn't want the obi to be tied in a bow way, so I chose a different way. But the other girl who tied my obi didn't know, and didn't asked me, so she tied it in a bow way.

Plus I felt like they always try to make you pay extra for every little thing.

Overall I liked my kimono, and I felt very beautiful, but I didn't like the obi that I chose, and how expensive everything was in the end.
