スタッフさんの対応がとても丁寧でした。着物も迷っていたのですが、意見を聞いて下さり1番似合うものを選ばせて頂きました。着付けも丁寧で、ヘアセットも相談しながら仕上げてくださいました。系列店の中で、1番対応が良いお店だと思います。

Tienen buen precio y un gran surtido de kimonos, complementos y peinados. Todos son tan bonitos que me costaba decidirme.

Desde que he llegado me han tratado muy dulce y amablemente, me han ayudado a elegir porque estaba muy indecisa, ense?andome kimonos y complementos de diferentes colores y tipos hasta que he escogido.

Me ha encantado el momento en el que me ayudan a vestirme, disfruto mucho de la cultura japonesa y ha sido toda una experiencia ver el paso a paso de la vestimenta, la chica que me ha ayudado a vestirme ha sido muy dulce y me ha encantado tener una conversaci?n con ella.
Luego viene el peinado, la chica me ha recomendado un tipo de mo?o precioso, tengo el pelo muy muy largo y no sab?a cual quedar?a mejor.
No me ha hecho ningun da?o y el resultado ha sido magn?fico.

Si eres extranjera te tratar?n genial y no tendras ning?n tipo de problema para comunicarte,ni necesitas pedir reserva previa.

Very friendly, great selection, fair price. They will send your things to the hotel if necessary, but we just picked it up after the tea ceremony (this is great for tea ceremonies)

Very efficient service and the kimono is beautiful. The ladies who helped with dressing up are professional and patient. They also help u in suggestion of colours.
