Staff at Vasara are very helpful and courteous, the choice of kimonos and accessories is wide. I had a lot of fun in choosing, being dressed and wearing my kimono for a day. A great experience all round

イベント参戦のために利用しました。

他所の着物レンタルのお店も利用したことがありますが、そちらでは着物選びの際時間をかけると「やれやれ」という空気感があったので、着物・帯・帯留め等を決める時ドキドキしていたんですが、こちらのスタッフさんは嫌な雰囲気も出さず色々と提案してくださったので良かったです。

ただ、仕方ないことかもしれませんが、着付けやヘアセットを対応してくださるスタッフさんにはやはり技術や接客にムラがあるように感じました。

(例)ヘアセットで明らかに違和感のある部分も、こちらが指摘しないとなおさない(気づかない？)等

後日返却の際は、前日に対応してくださった方が対応してくださいました。
自分を覚えていてくださっていて驚きましたし、ご対応の雰囲気もよく気持ちよく帰ることが出来ました。

It was a very nice experience from the beginning. They were very helpful in choosing the designs and getting us dressed. They were able to accommodate us very early at 7am by paying a little extra the day before. We wish there would have been a few more designs to choose from however.

If you are doing a lot of sight seeing, I recommend keeping your shoes with you in a plastic bag so you can swap out easily throughout the day and in between photos/traveling. The traditional shoes aren't super comfortable but looked very nice!

They were still perfect for our photos hoots around Osaka and Kyoto. Thank you so much for the good memories.
