Kind staff, very helpful in helping me and my siblings choose suitable kimono (very indecisive people). Overall the outfit turned out great, would recommend using google translate when communicating

A very good experience in VASARA Kyoto! We have booked before for the earliest section 9am, when we arrived, there are already got others dressed. Although seems a bit busy in the shop, the front desk staff is very nice. When dressing kimono, the staff is very cheerful and polite, she asked me every time when she is tighten the clothes, make sure that I am comfortable with the Kimono. She is also doing my hair style and the outcome is wonderful! Thanks all the staff in VASARA
